This was my first time ever to visit this dealership and I must say that the experience made purchasing a vehicle pleasurable, mostly due to the truly professional manner in which Patron Hatcher, my sales associate, handled the complete process. My name is Greg L. and I live in Nashville, TN. I recently was traveling to Wilmore, KY where I was attending some board meetings for the university I graduated from. During my trek to KY I stopped for gas and when I went to start my BMW 7 series it was hard to start. I called my mechanic back in Nashville and they felt my battery was about to die. I Googled the closest BMW dealership where I could get it checked out and promptly called to see if you all could check my car out.
This is where I was greeted by Dan Trisco, who was very kind and helpful. He rushed my order to make the cutoff for someone to look at my car so I wasn't stuck without a car. The customer service that he gave was simply amazing. It seems like customer service at many companies isn't important as it once was and when I see and experience great service I want to recognize that person. Obviously it is due to your great leadership that you have great employees and I just wanted to say thank you for the great experience! Please know if I am ever in need of service and I am in your area you have won my loyalty!
I would like you to know that we had the best and easiest car purchase from Adam Ferguson and Selena Neal. I have purchased new cars in the past, three cars to be exact from other car dealerships and have had bad experiences when it came to the money. They all either tried to hide prices by leaving lines blank or attempted to change financial documents that were intentionally left blank after we had signed the financial documents. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AT DON JACOBS.
The financial documents were exactly completed with the totals that I and Adam had agreed upon over the phone. They were honest with us on the complete car deal, something I had never personally experienced with a car dealership. The experience was so good that we are still talking about it.
I gave Adam a price I wanted to pay for the car, Adam called me back and said we accept your offer. It was that easy and he nor Ms. Neal attempted to ever waver on the agreed price. I told Adam this car is going to be a Christmas gift for my wife and I want her to be surprised with a red bow on the car when she first looks at the car. Adam said no problem I do this all of the time and know exactly what to do. We signed all of the financial documents and Adam was waiting for us even though he was scheduled to be off from work an hour and a half before completion of the paperwork. Adam looked at Jennifer and said you can't take the car home with you tonight because the car is still wrapped in plastic but if you want to see the car I can show it to you. Jennifer said she would like to see the car so Adam took her to the service area where he had the car cleaned, serviced, and a big red bow on the hood!
My wife Jennifer immediately had the biggest smile on her face and has smiled all week. Adam really went out of his way on the car deal, and surprised my wife with the bow. Ms. Neal also did a excellent job with our financial documents, she was so nice and honest. I just can't recommend these two individuals enough to you if you are considering a new car. I have never had this experience before and that is why I took my time to tell you about my experience with two outstanding employees and Don Jacobs."

This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had, by far. No reason every dealership can’t do it like this, but they can’t. I can’t stress how good the experience was. This deal was mostly done when I arrived. I was only at the dealership for maybe an hour. I've never seen a car salesman have a sale organized this well. There was no pressure to buy, just options and information. My next car is a Honda or VW from Don Jacobs and I'll be calling Adam to get it.

When chosing a dealership to purchase a new ride you must concider many factors. But when we chose Don Jacobs it was an easy chose. Being a 2 time customer I knew the level of quility the product and dealership brought to the buying experince. Our salesman Matt Wheat was a cut above the rest. His knowledge of the product and his willingness to help was unlike any other. We contacted him the first day over the internet and phone and before we got to the dealership this deal was done. Terrence went above and beyond all expectations and helped make Christmas very memorable. He and my husband plotted to secretly deliver our new car on his day off. Terrence drove my new van to our house bright and early on Christmas morning and even decorated it with a big bow and balloons! I do not know of many salesmen that would give that kind of service, especially on Christmas morning. Customer service is what a car dealership thrives on and Terence is top notch! We were going to wait until the spring to buy a van but after meeting Terence and finding out all the excellent features the car had to offer, we couldn’t pass it up. Terence knows what customer service is all about. His sweet smile and sincere personality helped to convince us we couldn’t wait until spring for our Odyssey. I never felt pressured and also knew I had to have the van. I have had bad experiences at other car dealerships in the past when being over-pressured and have walked away from getting a new car without a second thought as a result. My husband works long hours at the hospital and it was hard to find an evening we could come and look at the car. Terence assured me that it wasn’t a problem and even drove the vehicle to my house so we could look at it! With two small children and my husband’s unpredictable schedule, it’s almost impossible to car shop. Terence made it easy and enjoyable!

I wanted to send this letter praising your salesman Brian Mercer. In the past three years I have bought two vehicles from Don Jacobs Honda, one a 2008 Honda Ridgeline and the other was a 2008 Honda Accord. Both have been good vehicles and I bought both of them through Brian, even though he wasn't there when I bought the second one. He had left to take another job and he connected me to the right salesman to close the deal.
On numerous occasions I have stopped by your dealership at the last second as I pass by and leave my car for service. I always forget to call ahead for a reservation and I am told to leave my car and come back two or three hours later. On each occasion, Brian has always offered me his car to drive back to my office so I wouldn't have to sit around for two or three hours or have to call someone to come pick me up. Each and every time Brian has been much more than accomodating with everything I needed and I just wanted to let you know that he is a super guy and super salesman. I want management to know what a top notch person he is. Brian goes above and beyond the call of duty when he takes care of your customers, and I want you to know that I think you are very lucky to have him on your staff.

I just bought a new Honda Odyssey last week from Mr. Joey Banbel, and I just have to tell you that is was a surprisingly pleasant experience. In fact, my husband and I were just casually thinking about replacing our 2006 Odyssey when we stopped by the showroom. But Mr. Banbel told us of the practical features added to the 2011 model and we began to consider purchasing. It's a great car, but I think what really made us seriously consider buying was how Mr. Banbel treated us. He allowed me to test drive it to my home where my young kids could look at the car. He helped me to get a reasonable trade-in value on my Odyssey. And he helped us locate the exact model with only the features that we wanted. All of this happened smoothly and without my feeling pressured, rushed or uncertain. Within less than a week we are enjoying our comfortable and safe Odyssey!
I have bought many cars in the past and just grew to dread the experience. When I bought my 2006 Odyssey, I even had to go to Sam Swope in Louisville because I couldn't get the right deal that I wanted from Don Jacobs Honda. Even with this recent car-shopping experience, I stopped by the Honda dealer in Richmond just to make sure that I was getting a good value. And I am happy to say that I am glad that I came back to Don Jacobs Honda. It was an easy decision because Mr. Banbel let me proceed at the pace I was comfortable with, he was able to answer my questions about the competitor vans without being arrogant, he worked hard to get me a fair price on my trade-in, and he arranged to have the right car delivered quickly from another dealer. Even my kids like him because he was very personable and accomodating to them when we had to wait quite a while at the signing.
You have a great product in the new Odyssey, and a great asset to your sales force with Mr. Banbel. I am telling all of my neighbors with the older Odyssey models to buy a new one from Joey at Don Jacobs.
