Description:

Don Jacobs Imports is actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our BMW dealership. The Service Advisor recommends proper care to our valued customers and explains the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. The Service Advisor position has a strong focus on sales and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Answers owners’ questions
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed repairs in accordance with BMW factory specifications
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage; explains provisions and exclusions
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers regularly
- Maintains customer rapport by selling and explaining ethically needed vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Explaining all completed work and charges to the customer
- Ensures every service experience exceeds owners expectations
- Maintains critical and on-going relationship with BMW owners

Requirements:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Previous high automotive line experienced preferred
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Proved record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to multi-task and be self-managing

Don Jacobs Paint & Body Shop: Collision Technician
Description:
The Don Jacobs Organization is a family-owned automotive group, proudly serving Central Kentucky since 1971. Our state-of-the-art, air conditioned collision repair facility services all makes and models, works with any insurance company and offers on-site car rental. Due to high volume we currently have an opening for an experienced Collision Technician.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years related experience as a collision repair technician with structural collision and frame experience
- Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles including body work and when to replace or repair parts
- iCAR or ASE certifications in auto body repair a plus
- Degree or certification in collision a plus
- Results oriented with a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
- Self-starting and enjoys a fast pace environment
- Professional and dependable
- Be willing to work in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license

Description:
