After a bad experience with a different service department, I took my car to Don Jacobs. The service advisor (Athena) took a few minutes to understand what the issue I'd brought it in for and worked with her service techs to diagnose the issue. After the part arrived, I took the car back to have the part installed and the issue was fixed completely. Trey was awesome. I have an older Acura. I was having trouble setting up some of the technical things in it. I’d had a bad experience at the Acura dealership when I went in there for help in the past so I decided to try Don Jacob’s Honda this time. Trey helped me set up my car and was super friendly, personable, and helpful.

Last week my opinion of Don Jacobs was truly tested after an incident where one price was quoted over the phone for service and when I arrived to drop off the vehicle, the price was increased by 2.5X. I left the dealership unhappy and was planning to have service completed elsewhere. A few hours later I received a call from the service manager who had listened to the recording of the call on which my service was quoted. Just wanted to share our experience with our experience with the dealership and our salesperson Jason Franklin. After having an issue with the 1st car we purchased we had to return it within there 72hr return window. There was no hassle or issues and he went above and beyond to make sure we found something else to suit our needs and that we were satisfied. The purchasing experience was very easy. We set up test drives easily and all our questions were answered. When we were ready to purchase, we set up the appointment and finalized the deal rather quickly. We did not have to go through any of the traditional "dealer hassles." They let me control the purchase process and gave me all the information I wanted, such as their cost and all fees.
