We didn’t have any issues with the staff. Hunter Wells we highly recommend . Only concern we now have is that we didn’t get to drive the vehicle to where we could see how it was when traveling faster than 25 mph. After we purchased and was able to go at a faster speed, there is a lot of noise coming from the back area. We spent all we had an an elderly couple and cannot afford to have it taken and checked out.

Easiest car buying experience I've had yet. Jackson was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't make me feel pressured at all during the whole experience. In my past experience, once you switch from your sales person to financial department, things get far less friendly and far more tricky, but Connor was wonderful with explaining everything and made the whole process as easy as can be. I love my new Honda, would definitely do business with these guys again!

Me and my father-in-law came in yesterday after going to 5 other car lots in central KY. Everyone was wonderful. They were very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. None of the other 5 car lots even tried. I will definitely be a return customer. My father-in-law said all the same things and he has been a car salesman in his younger days. Caleb did our sale and the managers were all wonderful as well!!

The Dealer we have dealt with, for many years…Mike Dobson, has gone far and above what is usually expected in all of our deals he has been part of. Car price was good. Excessive add ons and fees. Did not like the repetitive high pressure warranty sales pitch. Especially when I cant even read it. You did not inspire trust and I would be scared to use your service department.
Price of car was only good point, unhappy with fees and dealer installed options. Very unhappy with the high pressure sales of a warranty, that I couldn't even read. I would be quite nervous to use again, especially for service.

After a bad experience with a different service department, I took my car to Don Jacobs. The service advisor (Athena) took a few minutes to understand what the issue I'd brought it in for and worked with her service techs to diagnose the issue. After the part arrived, I took the car back to have the part installed and the issue was fixed completely. I took the car back for a different issue and the diagnosis was again prompt and just as accurate as the first. Two issues in about 6 weeks were corrected after multiple visits to the Frankfort ...
